Hello and welcome to our little corner of the online world!   

We’re Gene and Chris! We figured it was about time to put some of our creative energy into creating a website and documenting our travels and adventures, in hopes that our experiences could be helpful to other like-minded folks.   

We’ve been camping for 20 years and since our kids are grown and no longer interested in camping adventures with Mom and Dad, we decided now was the perfect time to upgrade our Jayco Popup camper to a more comfortable couples' camper.  We spent more than a year researching and touring probably close to 100 campers!   We were narrowing down our search and were excited about attending the RV Show in Hershey, PA in September of 2021 to check out a few more models and styles of campers.  We left the show thinking we had narrowed it down to a few potential campers.  We took one final trip to a local dealership to rule out a model or two, and after a quick look at their new inventory, found ourselves wandering through the backlot to see what used campers they had.  We literally stumbled upon our diamond-in-the-rough.  We took the plunge on a 2018 Jayco Whitehawk 26RK and couldn't be happier with our purchase! 

We’re looking forward to many weekend trips and a few longer camping adventures.
